REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES, BACKORDERS & DISPUTES

Each item ordered is customized just for you. Customized goods are not accompanied by guarantees. Apparel items are non-refundable and not exchangeable. With that in mind, once you submit your credit card for payment, we are not able to cancel, change, or alter your order in any way. Each garment has a size chart for your reference. Each item is inspected for quality before being shipped. EBC Printing & Apparel will appear on your credit card statement. Any disputes will be charged a mandatory $30 fee. You will have two working days after delivery to notify us of any issues; this includes non-receipt of your package.
